A message for our customers, staff and community

During this challenging time, The Private Hearing Aid Company is focussed on supporting our customers, our employees and the local communities in which we operate.

We have successfully worked to avoid disruptions caused by COVID-19 coronavirus, while at the same time acting responsibly to do what we can to prevent further spread of the virus.

We will continue to closely monitor and assess the evolving situation and will be diligent about communicating on important issues

We welcome both new and existing patients for at their own home or one of our clinics and this will be in adherence with government orders and guidance.

We’ve have made precautions to minimize risk of COVID-19 transmission so you can focus on getting the help you need, knowing that we’re committed to keeping you, our staff and the wider community safe.

Free hearing tests in your own home

These can be conducted in the comfort of your own home or at one of our consulting rooms – whichever you prefer.

Satisfaction guaranteed

Following delivery our hearing aid audiologist then makes a minimum of three further visits over the next three weeks to ensure that you are fully satisfied.
