At The Private Hearing Aid Company Ltd we believe we offer unrivalled levels of customer service, and we will always go the extra mile to ensure our customers are more than satisfied.

We are a family run business working closely with leading manufacturers to enable us to offer the best and most appropriate in hearing technology to meet our customer needs.

Since 1997 The Private Hearing Aid Company Ltd has been providing hearing solutions for our clients across the Fylde, Wyre, Lancaster and Morecambe Bay areas. We are a family run business with a loyal client base, most of which were recommended by existing patients. In addition, for your piece of mind, we are registered with the HCPC (the Health and Care Professionals Council).

Over 90% of our work is carried out in patient’s own homes, patients who find great difficulty in getting to town centre practices or hospitals.

It is the experience of our directors which ensures The Private Hearing Aid Company has empathy with its customers, with a firm belief that not only do we understand the problems of hearing loss, but we know exactly what we can do to resolve the problem.

Robert has been involved with people who are hard of hearing from a very young age as both his parents suffered from hearing loss.

Maureen has worked alongside Robert since 1990 and has a wealth of experience in supporting people with hearing loss, also having relatives with hearing loss.

Robert and Maureen always say their work only starts after the fitting of the hearing aids, and as part of our ongoing service commitment, we visit the patient every week following the ‘first fit’ of the hearing aid(s) until he/she is fully satisfied.

Free hearing tests in your own home

These can be conducted in the comfort of your own home or at one of our consulting rooms – whichever you prefer.

Satisfaction guaranteed

Following delivery our hearing aid audiologist then makes a minimum of three further visits over the next three weeks to ensure that you are fully satisfied.
